Something not working? Tell us.
CueCard is made by a very small team, which means the person who reads your email is the person who can fix the thing you are writing about. There is no ticket queue and no bot in front of it.
Ways to reach us
Three doors, all of them open

01
Email
hello@thisisnsh.com — for anything at all: a question, a bug, a feature you wish existed, or a request to delete your account. Tell us which device and which version you are on and the first reply is far more likely to be the useful one.

02
GitHub issues
CueCard is open source, so bugs and feature requests live in the open on the issue tracker. Filing there means you can watch the fix happen, and it means the next person with the same problem finds your report.

The FAQ
Most of what arrives in the inbox is already answered on the FAQ page — the overlay permission on iOS, why the notes stay invisible in a screen share, what CueCard costs. It is searchable, and it is the fastest answer available at 2am.
Before you write in
The five we answer most
The prompter will not float over my other apps on iPhone
The floating window needs the Picture in Picture permission, and iOS only offers it the first time you start the prompter. If you dismissed that prompt, quit CueCard, reopen it and start a script again. You need iOS 17.0 or later. Still stuck? Write in and say which iPhone.
My notes showed up in the screen share on Zoom or Meet
Share a window or a tab rather than your entire screen. Sharing the whole display shares everything on it, CueCard included — that is the operating system doing what it was asked, not a bug. How it works on the desktop app.
Delete my account and the data attached to it
Email hello@thisisnsh.com from the address you signed in with and we will remove it. Your scripts live on your own device and go with the app when you uninstall it. What we hold and why is set out in the privacy policy.
Google Slides notes are not reaching the desktop app
The sync needs both halves: the desktop app open, and the browser extension installed in the browser you are presenting from. Both are on the Google Slides page.
When is Android coming?
It is being built, and it is not out yet — we do not have a date to give you, and we would rather say so than invent one. The Android page is where it will be announced.
Still stuck?
Just ask.
Email hello@thisisnsh.com or open an issue on GitHub. Both are read by a person.
