Notes float over any app.
Record motivational content with your message visible.
A floating teleprompter built for business and life coaches. Your script sits on top of whatever app you are recording in and scrolls while you talk, so you can keep your eyes up and get the take in one go.

No more forgetting your lines or switching apps mid-take.
Okay — recording. Motivational videos, take one.
settle, then start
Everything I am saying is on a script floating above the camera app.
eyes up
It scrolls by itself, at the speed I talk, so I am not scrubbing back to find my place.
slow down here
The coloured lines are notes to me — where to pause, where to smile, what not to rush.
smile
They are for business and life coaches who would rather sound like themselves than read off a card.
pause
One take. That is the point.
The pink lines are cues, written for you to read and not to say, and the clock at the top is the timer counting how long you have been talking.

What you get
Everything you need to stay on script
-
01
A script that stays up while you film
Whatever business and life coaches record in — the camera app, Instagram, TikTok, a live stream — CueCard floats above it, so the next line is on screen without you ever leaving the app you are shooting in.
-
02
Scrolling you set once and then forget
Pick a speed that matches how you talk and the script moves on its own. Nudge it faster or slower part-way through, or pause it while you reset the shot.
-
03
Cues about how to say it, not what to say
Drop [cue smile] or [cue slow down] in wherever you keep tripping up, and it shows in the colour you picked as you pass it. It is a reminder, not another line to read.
-
04
A countdown in, and a clock while you talk
CueCard counts you in before the script starts moving, so you have a moment to settle. The timer then runs while you speak, which is how business and life coaches keep a take to the length it has to be.
-
05
A window shaped to fit your shot
Make the prompter wide, square or tall, then drag it up under the lens. Your eyes stay next to the camera instead of dropping to the bottom of the screen.
-
06
Scripts saved, named and opened again
Save the ones business and life coaches use more than once — an intro, a sign-off, the explanation you give every week — and open them next time instead of typing them out again. You can import one from a file as well.
The app itself
This is the whole app.
Read your script from the full screen, or shrink it into a small window that stays on top of whatever else you open.
Looking for the computer app instead? CueCard for Mac and Windows keeps your speaker notes on your screen and out of your screen share.
See it work
A minute of it, in use
Short films of the app doing the one thing it is for. Each opens on YouTube.
Where it earns its place
What coaches use it for
- Motivational videos
- Social media content
- Client check-ins
- Course content
Presenting rather than filming? There are invisible speaker notes for coaches on a Mac or PC as well.
Also on big screens
The same teleprompter, on iPad.
CueCard Teleprompter for iPad
A screen big enough to read from a few feet away
An iPad is the screen a good many coaches end up propping under the lens. The script runs the full width of it, big enough to read from where you are standing with both hands free. Shrink it back into the floating window whenever you would rather film in an app. See CueCard Teleprompter on iPad.

CueCard for Mac and Windows
Speaker notes your screen share cannot see
Most coaches present from a laptop as well as film on a phone. On a Mac or PC the CueCard window is left out of screen capture, so a call sees your deck and never your notes — same scripts, same cues, nothing on the shared screen.

Written setup guide
A filming workflow for coaches
Choose one reflection prompt for a short Reel. Slow the scroll enough to leave space after the question, then review whether your delivery feels conversational.
-
01
Shape the script for Motivational videos
Write the lines business and life coaches need word-perfect, keep each one short, and save the script in CueCard.
-
02
Rehearse one short take
Float CueCard beside the lens, record the opening, then adjust the pace before filming the full version.
A short script to try
Select and copy this into CueCard. The [cue ...] tags are reminders to yourself; you leave the pause when you speak.
Think of one task you keep putting off. [cue pause] What is the smallest part you could start today? Write that down before planning the whole project. [cue smile] Start with that one part.

Frequently asked
Questions from coaches
Can I use CueCard for recording coaching videos?
Yes. CueCard is perfect for recording motivational content, tips videos, and client messages on your phone.
Will viewers see my notes in the video?
No. CueCard sits on top of your camera app on screen, not in front of the lens, so the camera never records it. Your audience see you and nothing else. The one exception is screen recording, which captures your whole screen — close the prompter first if that is how you are recording.
Is there a desktop version for live coaching sessions?
Yes. CueCard for Mac and Windows lets you keep your notes off the screen during Zoom coaching sessions. Learn more about CueCard for Coaches on desktop.
Can I use it for Instagram and LinkedIn content?
Yes. Record professional coaching content directly in any app with your script floating above.
Is CueCard free?
Yes. CueCard is completely free on mobile and on desktop, and open source under the MIT licence. Read the code on GitHub — and a star is always welcome.
Is CueCard open source?
Yes, MIT licensed, on GitHub. An app that can see your script is one worth being able to read the source of.
Where are my scripts stored?
On your device. Your notes are not uploaded to us. The privacy policy sets out exactly what is and is not kept.
How do I report a bug or ask for a feature?
Open an issue on GitHub, or email hello@thisisnsh.com. Both are read.
