Pick a speed that matches how you talk and the script moves on its own. Nudge it faster or slower part-way through, or pause it while you reset the shot.

Drop [cue smile] or [cue slow down] in wherever you keep tripping up, and it shows in the colour you picked as you pass it. It is a reminder, not another line to read.

Questions from content creators
Does the teleprompter show in my recordings?
No, not when you film with the camera. CueCard sits on top of your camera app on screen rather than in front of the lens, so your viewers see you and not your script. The one exception is screen recording, which captures your whole screen — close the prompter first if that is how you are recording.
Can I use it with Instagram and TikTok?
Yes. CueCard floats above any app including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and your native camera.
Can I control the scroll speed?
Yes. Adjust the auto-scroll speed to match your natural reading pace.
Is CueCard free?
Yes. CueCard is completely free and open source. It is on the App Store for iOS now, and Android is coming soon.
Is CueCard open source?
Yes, MIT licensed, on GitHub. An app that can see your script is one worth being able to read the source of.
Where are my scripts stored?
On your device. Your notes are not uploaded to us. The privacy policy sets out exactly what is and is not kept.
